What a request keeps
A request for a consultation keeps the address of the home, the work asked for, the details written in the form, and the name, phone number, email address and preferred way to be reached. The address is looked up on a map, and a picture of the home from above is kept with the request.
Why
To answer the request, measure the work and prepare a Proposal.
Who sees it
Icreatte, Inc. and the people who sign in to its office. It is not sold or shared for advertising.
Messages and files
A signed-in client's messages to the office and the files shared on a request, in both directions, are kept with the request. Only that client and the people who sign in to the office can read them.
Records about the building
New Castle County's public records about the building are read when the request is opened in the office. They are not kept.
